Grade Egg

The eggs you see on the shelf have gone through more testing than someone in the aerospace program. All the eggs you see at your supermarket have gone through rigorous inspection at grading stations. Grading stations have high-tech computerized equipment to inspect the eggs and find any spots, specks, discolouration or cracks. They ensure the appearance, quality and safety of the eggs for that ham 'n cheese omelette you love so much. (Of course, grading stations can't control Mr. Butterfingers before you who fumbled with the carton and then put it back on the shelf without telling anyone.)
