Cider Sangria from The Cider Keg
Slice:
2 limes
1 orange
1 lemon
Place in a large pitcher and add:
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup orange liqueur
½ cup brandy
2 bottles of dry red or white wine
1 bottle of Cider Keg Sparkling Apple/Peach cider
(another bottle of Cider Keg Sparkling Apple/Peach cider will be used later)
Cover and chill for 4-8 hours. Just before serving, add a lot of ice to mixture and more sparkling cider to taste. Makes 12 servings.
