Oyster Bites from The Oyster Man

Cut English cucumbers into thin slices,

Put a small amount of your favourite cream cheese onto each slice of cucumber.

Top with an oyster.

Sprinkle finely chopped chives onto each little mouthful. 

Enjoy with your favourite wine or beer!
