Janice's Best Steak Marinade from Green Hill Acres

1 ½ cup soya sauce
1 ½ cup and brown sugar
1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup (less a sip for the cook) of orange brandy

Combine all the above ingredients and marinate your favourite cut of Canadian steak for an hour or more before cooking.
