Wild Boar Seasoned Oil Marinade from Hog Wild Specialities

250 mL / 1 cup salad oil
125 mL / ½ cup finely chopped onion
50 mL / ¼ cup lemon juice
10 mL / 2 tsp dry mustard
5 mL / 1 tsp garlic salt
5 mL / 1 tsp salt
1 mL / ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper

Mix and blend all of the ingredients. This marinade is especially good for use with very lean meat, kabobs or for basting during cooking.

Yields: 435 mL (1 – ¾ cups)
